Although not perfect, this is was our TCP/IP favorite for TCP/IP 3.51. We now recommend Drew Heywood's book (above) or TechNet when studying for TCP/IP 4.0..
The TCP/IP portion of has been the best resource available to prepare for the TCP/IP 3.51 exam. We haven't used the SMS half but expect that it is effective.

This a small $5.95 book is probably the best and the cheapest description of a speed reading method that works. Although it may be difficult to find, it does show up in the large book stores occasionally.
If you do the exercises religiously 1-hour/day for 6 weeks, it works.
Doing the exercises MEANS that you do a 'recall pattern' after each practice drill. Skip this step and you may be wasting your time.
(Biggest weakness in the book is that it explains 'recall patterns' but does NOT explain correctly why they are the MOST IMPORTANT KEY TO SUCCESS. -- but no book or course explains this ESSENCE sufficiently.)
